Welcome Back to Fillmore High School

Dear Fillmore High School Families and Community Members,

I am thrilled to extend a heartfelt welcome as we prepare for the 2025–2026 school year in my new role as principal of Fillmore High School. Many of you know me from my years of service in this district—whether as a social studies teacher here at the high school or as an administrator at Fillmore Middle School. Most recently, I have served as the Assistant Principal of Curriculum and Instruction at Fillmore High School. It is an honor to step into this new role, and I look forward to continuing to work alongside our dedicated students, families, staff, and community to create an exceptional educational experience.

At Fillmore High School, we are committed to excellence in academics, arts, athletics, and activities. Through these four pillars, we empower every student with the skills needed to pursue their individual passions and purpose. Our academic programs offer a rigorous, engaging curriculum that challenges students to think critically and prepares them for success in college, careers, and life. We celebrate creativity and self-expression through our visual arts, music, theater, and media programs, which allow students to explore and develop their artistic talents. Athletics fosters character, teamwork, and school pride through competitive sports programs that build both physical and mental strength. Our wide range of student activities creates opportunities for leadership, community service, and personal growth through clubs and organizations that encourage students to discover their unique interests and abilities. We believe that every student will find their path to success and develop the confidence to pursue their dreams with purpose and determination.

As we begin this new school year together, I remain committed to maintaining open communication, supporting our students’ growth, and honoring the traditions that make our school special—while also embracing new opportunities for excellence.
